SIMPLE!!!!

Returns - we gladly accept returns of defective items - that's a given. If you get something and it is unused but it is simply not what you expected - send it back. Please leave the tags on.

Shipping - Domestic in Canada - if your value of products exceeds $50 we'll ship ground for free, otherwise $6.50. If an item is "bulky" it will not qualify for free shipping. We will usually note that in the description of the item.

Most of our products are shipped from Canada. There are some items that ship from our warehouse in the USA. They will always ship on their own. If you buy these items there may be duty depending on your address and it may take longer than the system says.

Shipping to our friends in the USA - $19.00 Ground. There are small items where this is far more than the actual shipping amount - contact us first - we will credit you back a portion of shipping.

We are happy to arrange for any other variation including pickup in Calgary. Simply contact us once you have made your order, we can get to you as fast as you can afford!!

International Shipping - We happily ship internationally. Please contact us for a shipping quote as shipping will be added separately from the items. From our experience the rates will be close to this

Orders >$200 - $50 Shipping

Orders >$200-$400 - $70 Shipping

Orders >$400-$600 - $85 Shipping

Orders >$600-$1000 - $98 Shipping

Orders going to international destinations are shipped by air mail. Depending on the destination they can take between 3-6 weeks. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees. Please contact us if you require any additional assistance.

Certain items such as Breaching Equipment, are available only to qualified buyers. You must contact us for authorization to purchase. You will need to provide supporting documentation for being active duty in Military, Police, or Fire Fighting Departments. These items will be shipped independently and will have additional shipping costs from the USA.
